Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Konveksi Jekey Hijab Berbasis Web Responsive dengan Metode Accrual Basis

Abstrak

Jekey Hijab Convection is an MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) located in Jepara Regency, engaged in the production of Muslim clothing. Its financial records are still managed manually using notebooks and simple applications, leading to several issues such as delays in financial reporting, errors in recording receivables and payables, and a lack of transparency regarding the actual financial condition. This study aims to develop a responsive web-based financial management information system using the accrual basis accounting method tailored to the needs of convection-based MSMEs. The system is developed using the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System design follows the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, incorporating Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs). The main features include recording income, expenses, receivables, payables, and generating profit and loss reports. Testing results using the black box method show that all features function according to the functional requirements. This system is expected to improve efficiency, recording accuracy, and the quality of financial decision-making for MSMEs in the convection sector.
