Implementasi WebGIS Berbasis LeafletJs untuk Pengelolaan Aset Tanah Eks Bondo Deso Di Kecamatan Kota Kudus

The management of former Bondo Deso land assets in Kota Kudus District is still carried out manually, resulting in various problems, including limited access to information, difficulties in data updating, and a low level of transparency for the community. This study aims to implement a web-based Geographic Information System (WebGIS) by utilizing LeafletJS as a medium for digital and integrated visualization and management of land assets. The research method employed is an experimental method with a system development approach using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and LeafletJS, and is equipped with a landing page, user authentication, interactive land asset maps, online land rental application services, administrative verification, and digital payment simulation. The results indicate that the system is capable of presenting land asset information visually, in a structured manner, and easily accessible to both district authorities and the community. Functional testing shows that all system features operate according to requirements, while the User Acceptance Test (UAT) results indicate that the level of user acceptance falls within the good category.
