Pengembangan Digitalisasi Produk Pangan Lokal, Jamur Kulat Sawit dalam Meningkatkan Nilai Ekonomi Keluarga

Pemanfaatan sumber daya pangan lokal merupakan salah satu strategi yang berpotensi mendukung pencegahan stunting sekaligus meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di wilayah perdesaan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi gizi ibu serta mengembangkan keterampilan dalam pengolahan jamur sawit kukur (jamur tiram yang dibudidayakan pada limbah sawit) sebagai sumber pangan alternatif guna mendukung pencegahan stunting sekaligus menciptakan peluang usaha rumahan. Program dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) melalui melalui tahapan identifikasi potensi lokal, penyuluhan stunting dan gizi, pengenalan jamur sawit kukur sebagai pangan alternatif, demonstrasi pengolahan, praktik langsung, pendampingan, serta evaluasi hasil untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan teknologi dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah produk berbasis jamur. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa metode praktik langsung yang didukung dengan demonstrasi dan pendampingan merupakan pendekatan yang paling efektif. Melalui metode ini, peserta tidak hanya memahami pentingnya gizi keluarga, pencegahan stunting, dan pemanfaatan pangan lokal, tetapi juga mampu mengembangkan digitalisasi produk jamur sawit kukur menjadi produk bernilai tambah. Keberhasilan metode ini tercermin dari meningkatnya keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan Whatsapp Business sebagai media ysng digunakan dalam hal memasarkan produk dari olahan jamur sawit
