Waste management issues in Semarang City continue to increase along with population growth and community activities, with 28.66% of waste not being properly handled. This study aims to develop the EcoTrack application as a mobile-based digital solution to support waste management and realize the eco-green concept. The application is developed using Flutter (Dart) as the mobile platform and ExpressJS as the backend. The research method includes literature study, system design, and testing using black box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The main features of the application include Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) location mapping, waste management education, complaint reporting, information on waste economic value, emergency services, and integration with waste banks. The results show that all application features function properly based on black box testing. Usability testing involving 30 respondents produced an SUS score of 80, categorized as good and acceptable. This indicates that the application is easy to use and feasible to implement. Therefore, EcoTrack has the potential to become an innovative solution for improving waste management and encouraging active community participation in environmental sustainability.
