Analisis Earned Value Terhadap Biaya dan Waktu Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Mall Pelayanan Publik Kota Dumai

Abstract

The construction of the Dumai City Public Service Mall (MPP) Building, which is expected to positively impact the economic development of Dumai City, is one example of the ongoing construction sector development in Dumai City to meet the needs of the community. Realizing the Dumai City Public Service Mall (MPP) Building Construction project which costs a total of Rp. 18,366,222,319.83 and all work must be completed within 150 days (5 months). This study aims to determine the value of CV, SV, CPI, SPI, EAC, ETS, EAS to find out the estimated cost and total time of the project work and to determine the progress and delays in the project. This study uses data from week 1 to week 13 using the earned value method and is limited to week 13, the CV value of Rp 602,732,263 is positive, and the cost is below plan. Then the SV value of -Rp3,384,404,215 is negative, experiencing delays. For a CPI value of 0.62, a value of <1 is found to be more wasteful and an SPI value of 1.12 is found to be >1 faster, an EAC value of Rp 8,261,056,160, an ETS of 11.32 weeks and an EAS of 24.32 weeks. The results of time and cost control show that the project is delayed from the plan, which means that Re-Scheduling needs to be done, and it is recommended with an additional time of 1 month and 3 days.
