Digital transformation in the service industry has driven the adoption of Android-based applications as an effective solution in service management, including in the wedding organizer sector. This study aims to evaluate the quality of the Android-based E-Market Place Wedding Organizer application based on user perceptions of three main aspects: ease of use, system security and reliability, and user satisfaction and loyalty. The approach used is quantitative descriptive, by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who have used the application to order wedding vendors. The research instrument consisted of 15 closed-ended questions based on a Likert scale. The results of the analysis show that most respondents considered this application easy to use, especially in terms of the efficiency of the ordering process and accessibility for new users. Security features such as unique codes and payment systems also received positive responses, although some respondents still experienced minor technical problems. The level of user satisfaction and loyalty is also relatively high, reflected in the willingness to reuse and recommend the application to others. It can be concluded that this application has great potential in digitizing the wedding vendor ordering process practically and efficiently. However, further development is still needed, especially in terms of system reliability and user interface optimization. This study provides an empirical contribution to the development of Android-based service applications in the wedding service sector.
