Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve inventory management capabilities at Toko Sumber Baja Nusantara through training and mentoring in the use of a digital-based inventory application. The main problem faced by partners is that manual inventory recording often results in data discrepancies, delays in reporting, and difficulties in monitoring incoming and outgoing goods. The implementation method consisted of initial observation, application adjustment, system usage training, implementation mentoring, and evaluation of activity results. The implementation results demonstrated an increase in partners' understanding and skills in operating the application, as evidenced by the ability to independently input incoming and outgoing goods data and automatically compile stock reports. The use of the inventory application has a positive impact on data accuracy, work time efficiency, and improved orderliness of business administration. Therefore, this training and mentoring activity can encourage the transformation of inventory management from a manual system to a more effective and sustainable digital system.
